Cellular Light Weight Bricks (CLC Bricks) is a version of lightweight concrete that is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. It is produced by making slurry of Fly Ash, Cement, Chemicals and water, which is further mixed with the addition of preformed stable bio-degradable foam in a special concrete mixer under ambient conditions.The foam imparts free flowing characteristics to this slurry due to ball bearing effect of foam bubbles enabling it to easily flow into all corners and compact by itself in the moulds without requiring any kind of vibration or compaction.

After some time when slurry solidifies then it is cut into the required size. This is further cured with water for 14 days and then it is ready for dispatch. CLC infinitely increases its strength by hydration (forming of crystals in cement) as long as exposed to humidity in the atmosphere.
