Marketor was formed in 1978. Since then we have shipped over $200, 000, 000 worth of lumber and building materials to world markets.

FACILITIES - Our 2.5 hectare distribution facility and office is located in Portland, Oregon, approximately 20 minutes from the Portland International Airport. Our domestic division ships about 90, 000 cubic meters per year to retail dealers and industrial customers throughout Oregon and Washington. We export an additional 30, 000 cubic meters each year to offshore markets.

SUPPLY - We buy directly from producers in the US, Canada, Europe,
New Zealand, and Chile. We supply mill-direct containers to customers all along the Pacific Rim. We are specialists at establishing continuous supply programs for end users.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - We are able to handle mill direct shipments on a just-in-time basis by maintaining safety stock in our own warehouse. Or we can mix almost all of the materials needed to build a house into 1 or 2 containers. Our customers range in size from 1-2 containers per year to 1-2 containers per day.

RELIABILITY - Twice we received the State of Oregon?s "Governor?s Award" as the "International Marketing Firm of the Year". We get the job done right.
