The principal company directors are Don Waddingham, a practical chemist with over 25 years experience in polymer product development and customer service, and Robin Jones, a well-established and experienced specialised coatings contractor with a civil engineering background.

By drawing on this wide base of experience, clearly identifying performance requirements from industry, accessing the best world-wide technologies and applying the extensive technical skills of the directors, the company has developed a speciality niche in the New Zealand market.
