1001 Zinc Chromate RED OXIDE PRIMER is a general protective under coating for mild steel, gates, metal shutters.1001 Red Oxide Primer has high degree of anti-rust protection properties.
Thinning : Use Glossy's General Thinner, Synthetic Thinner 024T
Uses : 1001 Zinc Chromate Red Oxide Primer as an undercoat on metal surfaces for protection against corrosion. On all heavy alloys metallic surfaces.
Finish : Smooth and uniform Matt finish.
Covering Capacity : 18-20 Sq. meters per litre per coat. (Flash Point: Above 35 degree centigrade.)
Drying Time : Surface Dry 30-60 minutes. Hard Dry 4-6 Hours. Recoatable after 4-6 hours.
Color Range : Self Color(Red Oxide)
Packing : 20Ltr, 10Ltr, 4Ltr, 1Ltr, 500ml, 200ml.
Highlights : Where mild rust corrosion is to encounter.
Shelf Life : 12 Months.
Flash Point : Above 30?C
