Berger Holdings, Ltd. (BGRH) is the parent of 126 year old Berger Brothers Company, founded in 1874. Berger is the manufacturer of roof drainage products (RDP) used primarily in the remodeling and renovation market on existing homes. Berger's RDP product line consists of gutters, downspouts, trim coil, roof flashing, edgings, associated accessories and fittings. The product lines are highly attractive upper-end products that are fabricated in copper, aluminum, painted and galvanized steel. The Company also manufactures the most complete assortment of commercial and residential snow guards. Berger offers more than 2,000 products to its growing customer base and distributes its product through a network of wholesale roofing distributors and building materials centers, who in turn sell to professional roofing contractors, remodelers and "Do It Yourselfers".
