Micro Tools (India ) Pvt. Ltd. (The company ) was formed on 20th August 1985 and commercial production commenced is Sept.' 1985. The company was set - up Shri. M.L Sharma with the objective of serving the Domestic Automatic Industry. The facilities built - up are precision sheet metal compounds manufacturing as per customers drawing and specifications. The company has been awarded with udyog patra award & self certified supplier award. The company is located in the industrial town of Faridabad, Haryana. The total covered area of the work premises is approximately 15000 sq. Feet. The premise are owned by the company. The company has back - up with captive power generation to keep running important operations at all times.
Plant & Machinery:- The company houses world class infrastructure and is second none in technical know how of manufacturing processes. The company has power presses ( mechanical, pneumatic double action & hydraulic) ranging from 10 to 400 tons of brands like Godrej Ameteep & Impress. The fabrications shop is well equipped with high precision machines of high power rating. The tool room is equipped with the latest machines for producing precision toolings. To support the tool room there are various measuring and testing equipments.
Systems & Procedures Machinery:- Each and every department in the company works according to the written down system and procedures belonging to ISO 9002 : 1994. The quality assurance department assures the quality of every product according to the quality plans at each and every stage from procurement of raw materials to despatch of finished products. House Keeping has also been focus activity of the company. By leading the field in innovate research and design, extensive testing and stringent quality control, we are able to fulfill all the norms of QS 9000.
