Description :
A high-build formulation based on a tough, flexible resin, this water-based coating gives excellent long-term protection to exterior masonry, brickwork, rendering and concrete, besides a fine-textured finish of exceptional beauty, opacity and adhesion. In keeping with its name, it has anti-fungal, anti-flaking, anti-fading properties, and the unique 'one-way barrier' - a special osmotic property of the paint film that allows moisture to 'breathe out' and not let outside moisture in.
Thinning: Water
Uses: Cement, sand surfaces, brickwork, rough cast concrete blocks, fibre boards and cement paint coated surfaces.
Finish: Fine textured, matt.
Covering Capacity: 6.5 to 7.5 sq. metres per litre per coat depending on the nature of the surface and shade.
Drying Time: 1-2 hrs H.D - 4-6 hrs.
Color Range: As per shadecard.
Packing: 1, 4 & 20 litres
Highlights: Durable interior or exterior coatings.
Shelf Life: 12 Months

Undercoats: Textured thinned with water (1:1 by volume) as a primer coat to reduce surface porosity.
